Cyrus has sold both residential and commerical properties in Southeast Florida as well as the Greater Tampa Bay area. Cyrus has had extensive training in real estate in addition to his vast amount of experience.

Cyrus has a Dual Bachelor's degree in Finance and Business Management and a Law Degree with a specialization in real estate. Loriann Malhotra is the chief officer of operations, and is responsible for the delgation of all administrative duties, including transaction coordination, accounting, marketing, and prompt communication with asset managers and clients.  In addition, Loriann's background as a professional photographer allows her to ensure that all of our listings are captured in their most favorable light.
