Rodent & Rat Control in Coral Springs, FL

Roof rats in the attic, mice in the walls — inspected, trapped, removed and sealed out so they don't come back.

Rodents are the #1 call we get. Your technician inspects the attic and every likely runway — droppings, gnaw marks, grease trails — then lays out your options with straight pricing and warranty choices before any work starts. We trap and remove the rodents, then close the entry points so the problem ends instead of repeating. Dead-rodent odor removal included when you need it; one call handles the whole job.

What's included

  • Attic & crawlspace inspection
  • Trapping & removal
  • Entry-point exclusion
  • Warranty options on every plan

Roof rats: the South Florida rodent

Most attic calls in Broward and Palm Beach are roof rats. They climb palms, fruit trees, power lines and screen enclosures, then slip in through gaps along the roofline, gable vents and soffit returns. The first signs are usually scratching overhead at night, droppings near the attic hatch, or half-eaten fruit under the trees.

Why we seal, not just trap

Trapping alone leaves the door open for the next rat. After the rodents are trapped and removed, your technician closes the gaps they used: roof-to-wall joints, plumbing and AC line penetrations, vents and soffits. That way new rats cannot follow the same path in. Traps are checked until the activity stops, and the job is not closed out before that.

Mice, rats under slabs and dead-rodent odor

Mice in the walls, rats under sheds and slabs, and the smell of a rodent that died somewhere you cannot reach all get the same approach: find where they come from, remove them and close the way in. You get straight pricing and warranty options before any work starts.
